Imagine a blend of rice flour (milled in-house), salt, lemon verbena, chocolate mint, and hyssop—plus sugar, but not too much. In fact, the mix contains only as much sugar as needed to create a beautifully balanced flavor. The herbs were grown with love on our farm and carefully selected by our chefs.
In short, this is NOT your standard shortbread cookie!
