In addition to our single vegetable showcase series, we've decided to add a complementary event for guests to experience the seasons at their peak. One vegetable just isnt enough. The Seasonal Vegetable Showcase will explore the delicate nature of spring, the intricacies of summer, the bounty of fall, and the resilience of winter.
 
This dinner is a tribute to the resilience of farmers & the resilience of plants. Root vegetables can improve as they rest dormant during winter. Here we will explore the versatility of vegetables in an environment that feels far from abundant. Carrots. Beets. Radish. Rutaba. Turnip. Ice Spinach. Sunchoke. Garlic. In this 7 course dinner, we will highlight global approaches to preservation as well.
