The Chef’s Garden is one of the most innovative small family farms in America. It supplies over 600 micro herbs, edible flowers and heirloom vegetables to the nation’s fines restaurants.

The CVI houses a state-of-the-art kitchen surrounded by the finest kitchen garden available. You can chop, slice and sauté along with our executive chef and cook to your heart’s content.
