Guests will enjoy private luxury accommodations for up to 10 in our lodge, which is made of locally harvested cedar and pine woods, and surrounded by lush edible gardens. Since the best part about growing and harvesting your own vegetables is getting to eat them, the Culinary Vegetable Institute houses a 1,500 square foot state-of-the-art kitchen designed by commercial kitchen designer Mark Stech-Novak, who has created kitchens for Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller, and Jean Georges Vongerichten to name a few. It has all of the latest culinary technology to take your culinary skills to the next level while working alongside our chef with the freshest and highest quality products available.

After digging in the soil and experimenting in the kitchen, curl up by the fire with a book from the institute’s extensive culinary and agricultural library; hike down to the river to skip rocks or canoe; and take time to enjoy the local area attractions.
