Location & Directions

The Culinary Vegetable Institute is located in Milan, Ohio. Often described as “a piece of New England in northwestern Ohio”, Milan is the birthplace of famed inventor Thomas Edison. Located a short 45 minute drive from Cleveland’s Hopkins International airport, and just off of the Ohio Turnpike, the CVI is conveniently located for our guests near and far.

From Route 2: Exit on Route 13 (Mudbrook Rd.) and travel south approximately 4 miles. The CVI is on the left side of the road after crossing over the turnpike and before K&T ceramics. There is a sign indicating the entrance to the CVI. Entrance Sign

From the Turnpike: Take Exit 118 (Route 250) and travel south towards Norwalk for 1 mile. At the first traffic light turn left onto Route 13 (Mudbrook Road). The CVI is approximately ½ of a mile on the right side just after K&T ceramics. You should see the sign indicating the entrance. If you cross over the turnpike you have gone too far.
