Cancellation Policy
Please mark your calendar carefully. No refunds will be given for missed events or cancellations. Consider sending someone in your place if you are unable to attend.

Liability
The Culinary Vegetable Institute will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to attendees or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the facility, its agents or employees. CVI reserves the right to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any presenter(s) at any time, under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions.

Group Discounts

A 10% discount will be given for groups of 15 or more.

Reservations must be prepaid.

Contact information is required for each individual in the group. Every effort will be made to keep the party seated together or as close as possible. No refunds on cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event. All reservations must be made at the same time, and prepaid with a single payment.

Additional events are being booked daily. Call CVI and have your name added to the mailing list to receive updated information. New schedules are updated frequently at the institutes web site. Dates, times, and presenters may be subject to change. Registered attendees will be notified of changes by phone or email.

 

 

 

 

2008 Cooking Classes

 

Join us every month at The Culinary Vegetable Institute to Cook Together with our Executive Chef Johannes Klapdohr, in a series of exciting classes featuring our beautiful, sustainably grown vegetables. Chef Johannes will pair these exceptional products with proteins, sauces and other items to create fantastic dishes that can be easily duplicated at home, and will make a great impression on your guests or family. The classes are every third Monday of the month, from 6:30 pm until 9 pm. Tastings will be served afterward and you can talk to Chef Johannes
